The Discovery of the One-Substance
If we are to find a solid foothold of sanity, we must look at what the pioneers of physics actually discovered. They found that at the most fundamental level, there is no such thing as "separate objects." Everything we perceive—including ourselves—is a manifestation of a single, underlying reality (One-substance).

This is the core message of the Spiritual-Science of Self-Knowledge (Nonduality). What Heisenberg calls the "same substance," the Eastern sages call "Nondual-Awareness." It is the only thing in the universe that never-changes. While your thoughts, emotions, and the world around you are in a constant state of change, the "substance" in which they appear remains eternally still and at peace—and therefore, so do you.
The Mechanics of Unveiling
The meaning we have been searching for is not something to be obtained; it is the result of recognizing this One-substance as yourSelf, as who you truly are.

The Ever-Changing: Thoughts, feelings, and external events. This is the restless mind that struggles with uncertainty.

The Never-Changing: The aware presence that observes it all. This is the One-substance—the source of unconditional love and acceptance.
By shifting your identity from the "ever-changing" thoughts to the "never-changing" One-substance, you re-establish a baseline of peace that is independent of circumstances. This is the radical, yet sane solution: in actuality, you are not the person struggling with the world; you are the Aware-Substance in which the world arises and subsides.
The Result: Lasting Contentment
When this is understood not just as a theory, but as a fact of your direct, felt experience of it, the search for external meaning ends. You realize that you are already the fulfillment you were seeking.
