The Direct Path to Lasting Peace and Fulfillment

The nondual path can be understood through two simple but powerful aspects: Self-Knowledge and Self-Inquiry.

The path can be compared to a university class with a corresponding lab. Self-Knowledge provides the understanding. Self-Inquiry allows that understanding to be directly investigated and experienced.

  • Self-Knowledge is like the lecture portion. It is the clear understanding that suffering is rooted in mistaken identity — the belief that we are a separate, incomplete self who must become something more in order to be whole and complete.

  • Self-Inquiry is like the lab. It is the direct investigation of this mistaken identity. Rather than trying to improve, fix, or perfect the self, Self-Inquiry gently turns attention back toward the one who is aware of every thought, feeling, perception, and experience to reveal the True-Self.

Together, Self-Knowledge and Self-Inquiry reveal that peace, freedom, and fulfillment are not produced by the mind or achieved through endless self-improvement. They are discovered as the nature of Being itself.

Through this approach, Nonduality becomes more than a philosophy. It becomes a living investigation into the source of suffering and the freedom that is revealed when the false sense of separation is understood.

Nonduality will never ask you to believe in anything, follow anyone, acquire anything, attend anything, join anything, or become someone you are not. It simply invites you to look directly and discover, through your own experience, what is already true and present.

Scott shares the understanding of Nonduality for those who sense that lasting peace cannot be found through endless self-improvement. This website points to the freedom this understanding reveals.
