Nonduality nurtures you in remembering that you don’t have love, you never lost love, nor can you ever gain love…love can only be Self-realized that you, yourSelf, ARE love itSelf.

We love what makes us happy, and since knowing ourSelf generates ever-present happiness, we therefore love knowing ourSelf.

You have written yourSelf this letter to remind yourSelf of ‘who You are’. Simply put, You are unconditional love.

Our entire life has been an outward effort to become anything ‘other than’ ourSelf; to become loving, successful, accepted, liked, etc. This ‘becoming other’ appears to be the mechanics of evolution; the play of manifestation.

Nonduality is a way of Being, a way of perceiving life for what it actually is, not what we have mistaken it to be.

There is a profound Truth that resides in all 8 billion of us.

What would remain if all of these layers of suffering were to vanish? Would there be anything left of me?

We have been conditioned our entire life to believe that adding things to ourSelf to better ourSelf is the way to happiness, is the way of prosperity. 

In this recognition of the beauty of You, I fell deeper and deeper in love with the love of yourSelf, the Self that has no end, no limits, no borders, which is none other than yourSelf appearing in mySelf, so to continuously fall deeper and deeper into the bottomless-abyss of the One-infinite-love of ourSelf.

Directly experiencing yourSelf via Self-knowledge liberates mental bondage and psychological imprisonment, in which unobstructed peace is experienced and Self-sanity shines inadvertently.

As I turn my attention into the emptiness within mySelf, and relentlessly hold it there, the contracted felt-sense of ‘person’ dissolves into the ever-widening expansiveness of Being.

This understanding paralyzes One into the Unmanifested Self of I AM.

Look deep inside, And you will see. The love of yourself is, None other than me. 

We often find ourselves caught in a web of external demands and distractions in the hope to find contentment and joy.
