What is it that is aware of what you know?

What is it that exists prior to your knowing?

Doesn’t something have to exist prior to all other things being known?

What is it that knows?

Who is the One that knows ‘things’?

That which exists prior to knowing anything is Reality…is the One.

Reality is experienced via knowing yourSelf…yourSelf is Reality.

By answering the question ‘Who Am I?’, Reality, yourSelf, the One, is experienced.

yourSelf directly experiencing itSelf is experiencing Reality directly.

Reality is when consciousness, yourSelf, becomes aware of its own existence.  

Directly experiencing yourSelf via Self-knowledge liberates mental bondage and psychological imprisonment, in which unobstructed peace is experienced and Self-sanity shines inadvertently.
